Eduardo Bolsonaro registered business in Bahrain using Italian passport

Eduardo Bolsonaro established a management consultancy firm in Bahrain named 'The Next Level' using his Italian passport, according to reports from Agência Pública. The company was registered on September 19, 2024, with an initial capital of approximately R$ 130,000, and its activities were terminated in September 2025 due to a failure to renew its registration.

Records from Bahrain's commercial registry portal, SIJILAT, identify Bolsonaro as an Italian citizen. The establishment of this business preceded several visits to Bahrain by the former deputy and his brother, Flávio Bolsonaro, including meetings with Crown Prince and Prime Minister Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa. Since 2019, Eduardo Bolsonaro has visited the country at least nine times.

Bolsonaro, who currently resides in the United States, has not responded to inquiries regarding the purpose of the company. He is currently subject to an arrest warrant in Brazil for coercion during legal proceedings, and the Brazilian Supreme Court has ordered the cancellation of his Brazilian passports.
