Eduardo Maldonado honored in Spain as Agustín Laje visits Honduras

Eduardo Maldonado, director of the news outlet HCH, was honored as a Distinguished Guest and Guest of Honor by the Ateneo Mercantil de Valencia in Spain. The recognition occurred during a visit by Maldonado and the HCH team to provide coverage of Honduran Independence Day celebrations and activities involving the Honduran community residing in Spain.

Separately, Argentine political commentator and author Agustín Laje visited the National Congress of Honduras at the invitation of the Presidency of Congress. Laje, a prominent figure in conservative movements, met with members of the Board of Directors and various deputies to discuss the “political challenges of the region.” During his visit, Laje commented on the pro-life stance of the Honduran Congress.
