Eduardo Mantoan endorses Vicentinho Júnior for Tocantins governorship

State Deputy Eduardo Mantoan has announced his support for Vicentinho Júnior’s candidacy for the governorship of Tocantins. During a press conference, Mantoan stated that he believes Vicentinho Júnior’s project represents the “secure change” the state requires.

Mantoan, who is running for reelection to the Legislative Assembly for the PSD, is shifting his support away from Laurez Moreira. He emphasized that his decision was based on his identity as a citizen and resident of Tocantins, describing Vicentinho Júnior’s platform as the most consistent and competitive option available.

Mantoan also noted that his wife, Cinthia Ribeiro, will serve as a collaborator in the potential Vicentinho administration as a federal deputy. Mantoan expressed his intention to continue working in the Legislative Assembly, focusing on priorities such as health, public servants, the elderly, women, and neurodivergent individuals.
