The 2026 Forbes ranking of Brazil's wealthiest individuals identifies Eduardo Saverin, co-founder of Facebook, as the nation's richest person for the fourth consecutive year. His estimated fortune stands at R$ 162.9 billion, despite a significant absolute decrease of R$ 64.1 billion due to fluctuations in Meta's stock value.

Vicky Safra and her family hold the second position with R$ 130.6 billion, followed by Jorge Paulo Lemann in third with R$ 103.5 billion. Other top rankings include André Esteves of BTG Pactual in fourth and Fernando Roberto Moreira Salles in fifth.

The report highlights notable shifts in wealth, including Ricardo Faria, founder of Granja Faria, who rose significantly to the tenth position. Forbes identified 255 Brazilians with assets exceeding R$ 1 billion, representing a combined wealth of R$ 1.86 trillion, which accounts for approximately 14.6% of Brazil's 2025 estimated GDP.
