Educational and professional development initiatives launched in Peru

Two major development programs have been announced in Peru targeting young professionals and students.

Cbc Perú has opened applications for its 2026 Trainee Program, a regional initiative spanning eight markets including Guatemala, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Honduras, Puerto Rico, Peru, Ecuador, and Jamaica. The program aims to develop high-potential talent through exposure to various business areas and leadership mentorship. Candidates must be recent graduates or have up to two years of experience, possess advanced English proficiency, and be willing to travel.

Separately, BCP has launched a new call for its Becas BCP program, offering up to 100 full scholarships for Peruvian youth with high academic potential and limited economic resources. The scholarships cover 100% of academic, graduation, and titling costs across 86 careers at 11 allied institutions, such as the Universidad de Piura and Universidad Tecnológica del Perú. The program also provides psychopedagogical tutoring, labor mentorship, and employability workshops.
