Educational assessments planned in Valencia and Costa Rica

The Valencian Ministry of Education, Culture, and Universities has announced a large-scale evaluation of student contexts to be conducted during the 2026-27 academic year. Over 210,000 students across primary, secondary, vocational training, and baccalaureate levels will participate via digital questionnaires. The initiative aims to gather data on social, cultural, and educational factors to improve system quality and equity.

In a separate educational development, the Ministry of Public Education (MEP) has scheduled National Standardized Summative Tests for 45,123 high school students. The exams, covering subjects such as Mathematics, Social Studies, and Science, will take place from October 26 to 30. Results are expected to be released in November, accounting for 40% of the students' final grades.
