Educational developments in Burkina Faso and Senegal

In Burkina Faso, telecommunications operator Moov Africa has launched its ‘ÇA C’EST CALÉ, Moov Ta Rentrée’ campaign in Ouagadougou. The initiative aims to support students and families during the academic reopening through digital solutions. The campaign includes institutional support for education and commercial offers, such as mobile data and calling packages tailored for research and learning, as well as promotions for prepaid fiber Wi-Fi.

In Senegal, a new high school has been inaugurated in the commune of Ourour, located in the Kaolack region. Minister of National Education Moustapha Mamba Guirassy visited the site to mark the opening of the facility. The new infrastructure is intended to increase local school capacity, modernize the educational environment, and improve access to secondary education for the community.
