Educational developments in Treviglio and Cesano Maderno
The Oberdan Institute in Treviglio celebrated Erasmus+ Days 2026, highlighting its role in European internationalization. The school is the first in the Treviglio district to receive Erasmus+ accreditation through the 2027/2028 school year, facilitating multi-year international mobility for students and teachers. Additionally, the institute was recognized as an ‘eTwinning School’ in 2026 for its innovation in digital teaching and international collaboration. Recent mobility programs included activities in Germany, Ireland, France, and the Czech Republic.
In Cesano Maderno, the Salvo D’Acquisto School was officially inaugurated following a renovation project exceeding six million euros. The works focused on structural reinforcement, energy efficiency, fire safety, and the removal of architectural barriers. The project included seismic reinforcement using carbon fiber cladding and thermal insulation. The building's exterior was redesigned with colors chosen in consultation with students to reflect the school's identity.
