Educational initiatives engage students in Bistrița and Jiul Defile

Various educational and outdoor initiatives are being conducted for children in Romania. At the Lucian Blaga Middle School in Bistrița, the ‘Home Camp’ program provided a week of creative, artistic, and interactive activities. The program featured international volunteers who engaged students through intercultural games and English language communication to foster global awareness.

In the Jiul Defile, approximately 40 children and teachers participated in the ‘School in Nature – Jiul Defile’ project. This initiative, funded by the Foundation for Partnership and MOL Romania, utilized a thematic path to teach students about environmental protection and nature through direct exploration and storytelling.
