Educational initiatives launched in Catalonia for healthcare and vocational students

The Consorci Sanitari de l’Anoia (CSA) has welcomed 26 new residents in medicine, nursing, and pharmacy. These professionals will undergo specialized training, with 13 focusing on hospital specialties—including anesthesiology, surgery, obstetrics, and geriatrics—and 13 focusing on family and community care within the Penedès region.

Separately, the Institut Cal·lípolis in Tarragona hosted the second edition of the Soft Skills Program. This initiative, supported by the Cambra de Tarragona, the Spanish Chamber of Commerce, and CaixaBank Dualiza, aims to enhance transversal skills such as teamwork and communication for vocational training students in emergency medical services and pharmacy.
