Jujuy launches environmental education mapping project for teachers
The government of Jujuy has launched the Environmental Education Experiences Mapping project to identify and register environmental education initiatives within the province's schools. The initiative aims to create a digital provincial registry to systematize pedagogical practices and foster exchange between educators.
Targeted at teachers and school administrators from initial, primary, and secondary levels across seven educational regions, the program seeks to build a diagnostic of existing initiatives and identify needs for training and resources. The project also intends to establish a Provincial Environmental Education Network to facilitate cooperation between educational institutions, government agencies, and civil society organizations.
The call for projects is part of the Environmental Education Plan for the Jujuy Educational System, approved in 2025. Registration is open from October 27 until December 18, 2026, via the Ministry of Environment and Climate Change website.
