Educational institutions in Venezuela and Chile adopt robotics and AI
Educational institutions in Venezuela and Chile are implementing new technological methodologies to modernize classroom learning.
In Venezuela, Construktors Academy Lab has introduced the CREA Educational Model, which utilizes creative robotics and programming to foster critical thinking and leadership. The initiative, supported by institutions such as Colegio Alejandro de Humboldt, aims to prepare students for a globalized labor market through collaborative experimentation and technical skill development.
In Chile, the Universidad de Talca, in collaboration with the Seremi de Educación de O’Higgins and other organizations, hosted a seminar titled ‘Connecting Intelligences: The Role of AI in the Educational System.’ The program focused on training over 50 educators and administrators on the ethical and critical integration of artificial intelligence. The goal is to use AI to streamline pedagogical planning and administrative tasks, allowing teachers to focus more on student motivation and mediation.
