Educational leaders in Chile hold conferences and incentive programs

Educational administrators and local services in Chile are implementing various initiatives to improve school environments and student engagement. In the Maule Costa region, directors from 83 urban and rural establishments gathered in Cauquenes for a conference organized by the SLEP Maule Costa. The meeting focused on addressing the unique challenges of rural versus urban schooling, sharing management experiences, and discussing healthy lifestyle habits within school communities.

In Iquique, the SLEP Iquique has partnered with the Deportes Iquique football club to reward students for high class attendance. Through this collaboration, students from local schools, such as Colegio Almirante Patricio Lynch and Escuela Plácido Villarroel, have participated in training sessions and met with professional players. The program aims to promote integral development and motivate students to maintain consistent attendance through recreational and formative activities.
