Educational projects launch in Italian high schools

Two distinct educational initiatives have launched in Italian high schools to address personal and civic development among students.

At the Liceo Scientifico Carlo Cafiero in Barletta, the “Diventare” project has commenced. Promoted by the Centro Studi Barletta in Rosa – APS, the program is designed to prepare fifth-year students for adulthood by providing practical knowledge, orientation tools, and opportunities to engage with professionals. The initiative aims to support personal growth and civic development as a means of contributing to the future of the local community.

In Bagheria, the Liceo Scientifico G. D’Alessandro is hosting the “Vivi fino alla fine” project, promoted by SAMOT ETS. This program focuses on palliative care, health pedagogy, and advance directives (DAT). It aims to educate 40 senior students on themes of human finitude, responsibility, and active citizenship, fostering a culture of care and awareness regarding life and health.
