Educational training programs launched for Brazilian professionals

Educational professional development initiatives are being launched in Brazil. In Palmitos, Santa Catarina, the Regional Council of Physical Education (CREF3/SC) will host a workshop on September 25. Led by Professor Dr. Hani Zehdi Amine Awad, the session focuses on using play, music, and movement to enhance psychomotor development in children and adolescents through creative pedagogical practices.

Additionally, the Minuto Escola project has opened registrations for a free, 40-hour online audiovisual course specifically for municipal education professionals in Campinas. The program aims to integrate audiovisual language—focusing on editing and montage—into the classroom to transform mobile devices into tools for knowledge production and student expression. Registrations for the audiovisual course are open until November 2.
