Eduform'Action sells 65.2% stake in SEMEV osteopathy school

Eduform'Action (Euronext Growth ticker ALEFA) announced the sale of its 65.2% share in SEMEV, the company that operates the Osteobio school of osteopathy. The transaction is part of a strategic refocusing on the group's historic professional and continuing‑education activities, which span sectors such as health, management, workplace safety, housing renovation and digital technology. Founded in January 2022, Eduform'Action positions itself as a reference provider of initial, continuous and apprenticeship training and is listed on Euronext Growth Paris. By divesting its majority interest in SEMEV, the group aims to concentrate resources on its core training verticals and support growth in its primary markets.
