Eduin Caz questions 112,000 peso water and electricity bills

Eduin Caz, lead vocalist of the regional Mexican group Grupo Firme, has publicly questioned excessive utility bills totaling 112,000 pesos at his residence in Tijuana, Baja California.

Caz reported receiving a water bill for 100,000 pesos and an electricity bill for 12,000 pesos. He expressed surprise at the electricity charge, noting that his home is equipped with solar panels and that his typical monthly bill ranges between 800 and 1,200 pesos. He further noted that he was away on tour in Spain and Mexico City during the period in question.

The singer stated he is investigating the water bill to determine if the amount is accurate and expressed a willingness to pay if the charges are legitimate. However, he voiced frustration regarding the circumstances of the billing and the management of public resources.
