Eduspace launches START în Carieră digital platform for youth

Eduspace has officially launched START în Carieră, a free digital platform designed to guide young people through the labor market. The initiative aims to provide practical resources, vocational counseling, and tools for professional development to help users build career paths with greater confidence.

The platform arrives amid significant economic challenges, as Eurostat data from 2026 indicates that the youth unemployment rate in Romania has reached 28.8%, one of the highest values in the European Union.

Currently, the platform features two courses supported by McDonald’s Romania: ‘Who are you’ (Cine ești tu), focusing on self-knowledge and personal development, and ‘The Labor Market Seen Differently’ (Piața Muncii văzută altfel), which explains recruitment and employer interactions. The platform also includes an AI Tutor to provide clarifications and offers professional feedback on CVs to assist users in the hiring process.
