Edyta Bartosiewicz joins The Voice of Poland as new coach, says she’ll keep performing

Polish singer‑songwriter Edyta Bartosiewicz, now 61, has been confirmed as a new coach for the upcoming season of the talent show The Voice of Poland. In interviews she emphasized that, although she is of retirement age, she has not retired and intends to continue performing "as long as I feel I have the strength." Bartosiewicz added that she feels her career is improving and she does not know how long this phase will last.

She also announced a busy schedule that includes a nationwide concert tour and new material, indicating she will maintain an active presence in the Polish music scene despite her age. The show recently saw former coach Margaret step down for other professional commitments, opening the spot for Bartosiewicz.
