e‑EFKA launches new digital services for non‑salaried insureds in Greece

On 13 July 2026 the e‑EFKA (Greek Unified Social Insurance Fund) activated the new Integrated Information System (Ο. Π. Σ.) for non‑salaried insured persons. The launch brings a suite of online services, including registration/re‑registration, termination of coverage, requests for refunds of over‑paid contributions, transfer of credit balances, declaration of parallel employment, selection of insurance categories, and the ability to view or print tax‑certificate documents.

Two additional services will be added shortly: a voluntary enrollment option for auxiliary insurance or one‑off benefits on 16 July 2026, and an activity‑change service on 20 July 2026. The rollout aims to complete the digital transformation of e‑EFKA, reducing the need for in‑person visits, simplifying administrative procedures, and speeding up service delivery for citizens.
