EFCC reports significant asset recoveries for Nigeria’s economy
Nigeria’s Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) is shifting its focus toward the economic impact of its anti-corruption efforts. Under the leadership of Chairman Ola Olukoyede, who assumed office in October 2023, the agency is prioritizing the return of recovered capital to its rightful owners and the public interest to stimulate economic growth.
