Efeler Municipality and ADD launch Atatürk Culture House in historic Aydın building

Efeler Municipality and the Atatürkçü Düşünce Derneği (ADD) Aydın branch signed a protocol to convert a registered historic building in Veysipaşa neighbourhood into an "Atatürk Culture House" for ten years. The agreement was signed by Efeler Mayor Anıl Yetişkin and ADD chair Nüket Akgönül, pledging the venue to serve as a new cultural‑art hub.

The centre will host educational programs, scientific meetings, art exhibitions, environmental projects and other public‑benefit activities aimed at supporting youth development and preserving cultural heritage.

The building remains owned by the municipality, which will hand over its use to ADD for the duration of the protocol, ensuring the historic site remains active in the community.
