Efeler Municipality Enhances Parks and Green Areas

The Efeler Municipality’s Park and Garden Directorate has been carrying out ongoing maintenance, repair and landscaping work across the district’s parks and green spaces. Crews trimmed overhanging branches that blocked sidewalks in the Efeler, Meşrutiyet and Adnan Menderes neighbourhoods, installed wooden benches in Ata neighbourhood, and repaired children’s play equipment.

Mowing, weed removal and general cleaning were performed in the Adnan Menderes, Çeştepe, Kemer, Girne and Işıklı areas to keep the green spaces tidy and safe. Residents said the work improved safety, hygiene and comfort, and thanked Mayor Anıl Yetişkin and the park staff for creating cleaner, healthier public areas.
