Egide Group reports reduced net loss for first half of 2026

Egide Group has reported its financial results for the first half of 2026, showing a reduction in net loss despite a slight decline in consolidated revenue. The group recorded a consolidated turnover of 15.2 million euros, down 2.4% from 15.6 million euros in the same period of 2025, though activity grew by 0.7% at constant exchange rates.

The consolidated net loss for the period was 0.87 million euros, an improvement from the 2.04 million euro loss reported in the first half of 2025. The group's EBITDA stood at -0.08 million euros.

Performance varied by entity. Egide SA, which accounts for 66% of the group's revenue, saw a 28% increase in turnover compared to the previous year, driven by a strategic focus on high-technology critical applications. Conversely, Egide USA reported a 33% decrease in revenue, totaling 3.8 million euros, which the company attributed to temporary scheduling shifts by existing clients. Revenue from the San Diego site also fell by 34% following the decision to cease production there in April 2026 to centralize US operations in Cambridge, Maryland.
