Egnatia and Aarhus draw 1-1 in UEFA Conference League

Albanian champions Egnatia secured a 1-1 draw against Denmark's Aarhus in their UEFA Conference League league phase match. Despite playing with a numerical advantage for most of the game, Egnatia was unable to secure a historic first European win.

The match began dramatically when Aarhus defender Eric Kahl received a red card in the third minute for a foul outside the penalty area. Egnatia capitalized on the advantage in the 13th minute when Ildi Gruda scored to give the visitors a 1-0 lead.

Aarhus managed to fight back in the second half, with James Bogere equalizing in the 49th minute following a clever lob. Despite late pressure from both sides, the score remained unchanged until the final whistle.
