Egypt and Arab Civil Aviation Organization discuss joint cooperation

Egyptian Civil Aviation Minister Sameh El-Hefny met with Khaled El-Sharkawy, Director General of the Arab Civil Aviation Organization (ACAO), to discuss enhancing joint Arab cooperation in the civil aviation sector.

The meeting, held on the sidelines of the Marrakech International Air Show in Morocco, focused on several priority areas for the upcoming period. Key topics included training, qualification, and the development of human and technical resources to help member states keep pace with rapid developments in the aviation industry.

Minister El-Hefny, who currently chairs the ACAO General Assembly, emphasized Egypt's commitment to supporting the organization's initiatives and helping formulate shared visions for emerging regional and international industry challenges. El-Sharkawy praised Egypt's specialized expertise and reaffirmed the organization's dedication to working with member states to implement shared programs.
