Egypt delivers new Valley Towers East apartments under 'Your Home in Egypt' scheme

The Ministry of Housing and New Urban Communities announced that delivery of the Valley Towers East project in the new city of Al‑Obour will commence on 9 August 2026 and run through 10 September 2026. The development comprises 166 units across seven buildings, with two dedicated days (9‑10 September) for owners who miss the scheduled hand‑over.

In parallel, the Shorouk City authority opened a new batch (number 129) of land‑regularisation requests, covering about 100 applications that will be processed from 26 October 2026. Remaining applications will be announced in stages after committee approval.

Separately, the ministry detailed a rental‑ownership (إيجار تمليكي) program aimed at young couples and low‑income citizens. The scheme lets beneficiaries rent a unit for three years, extend for another three, and optionally purchase afterward, with rent payments credited toward the purchase price.
