Egypt launches 2,263 medium‑size land parcels in new cities under Masaken 7

Egypt's Ministry of Housing and New Urban Communities announced the seventh phase of the Masaken program, offering 2,263 medium‑size residential land parcels across ten new cities, including October Gardens, Al‑Sadat City, and New Aswan. Reservations open on 27 July 2026 and run until 10 September 2026 via the online Masaken platform. Applicants must be Egyptian citizens aged 21 or older, may only reserve one plot, and must pay a deposit of 25,000 Egyptian pounds per parcel. A higher payment share gives priority when multiple applicants target the same plot. The scheme reserves 111 medium‑size plots and 31 plots for people with disabilities, ensuring equal opportunity.

The ministry released a detailed conditions booklet in PDF, outlining eligibility, payment schedules, and required documentation. The initiative is part of the broader "Housing for All Egyptians" drive aimed at expanding urban development and providing affordable housing options for diverse citizen groups.
