Egypt launches 2,300 jobs for Dabaa nuclear power plant project

Egyptian Labor Minister Hassan Raddad announced the creation of 2,300 new job opportunities for young workers in the Dabaa nuclear power plant project, in cooperation with the Russian firm Tract Rosim. The positions cover welding (electric‑argon‑CO₂), metal‑structure installation, assistant work, armed‑metalworking, and concrete labor, with salaries up to 40,000 Egyptian pounds depending on experience and test results.

Applicants will receive three daily meals, accommodation, social and health insurance, and transport to and from the site. Testing for the jobs runs Sunday to Thursday, 8 a.m.‑4 p.m., at the company office near the North Coast cafeteria in Dabaa, Matrouh Governorate. Interested candidates must register via the Ministry’s portal and present required documents such as birth certificate, work card, insurance clearance, national ID, military service proof, criminal record check, photographs, and skill certificates.
