Egypt releases 2026 preparatory exam results across all governorates

The Egyptian Ministry of Education has published the 2026 Preparatory Certificate results for several governorates. In Cairo, the pass rate was 73% out of 203,162 candidates, while Giza reported a 70.5% pass rate among 147,714 examinees. Alexandria recorded a 74.5% success rate, and Dakahlia posted a 75.7% pass rate. Detailed results and links for each governorate are available on the respective education portals.

The Sharqia governorate is still finalising marking and expects to announce its results in the coming days. The education authority has outlined the steps for students to retrieve their scores online using their seat numbers. The announcement follows the completion of grading and verification processes in other regions.
