Egypt university coordination first phase deadline set for August 9
Egypt's Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research has announced that the deadline for the first phase of the 2026/2027 university electronic coordination process is Sunday, August 9, 2026, at 7:00 PM. Students can register or modify their preferences 24 hours a day via the electronic coordination website, with the system recording only the final modification made before the deadline.
Public universities are providing free technical and guidance support through computer labs, which are accessible to students from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM daily. Students who fail to complete their registration during this first phase will be included in the second phase, where they will be coordinated into remaining available colleges and institutes.
Preliminary indicators for the second phase suggest that admission requirements for students in the scientific (mathematics) branch may start from approximately 68.75%. For the scientific (sciences) branch, the indicator is also expected to be around 68.75%. Available colleges for the second phase are expected to include nursing, veterinary medicine, computers and information, science, education, commerce, law, and agriculture.
