Egyptian National Railways announces academic vacancies

The Egyptian National Railways has announced the opening of applications for lecturer and assistant professor positions specializing in mechanical power engineering at the Higher Institute of Transport Technology.

For the lecturer position, applicants must hold a PhD in the specified field from an Egyptian university subject to the Universities Organization Law or an equivalent degree recognized by the Supreme Council of Universities. Candidates must not exceed 45 years of age. For the assistant professor position, applicants must hold the scientific title of assistant professor from the Permanent Scientific Committee for Promotions at the Supreme Council of Universities and must not exceed 55 years of age.

This recruitment initiative is part of the Ministry of Transport’s strategy to enhance the educational and training systems at the institute in Wardan. The goal is to strengthen the institution with distinguished academic expertise to prepare qualified technical and technological cadres capable of keeping pace with developments in Egypt’s railway transport systems.
