Egyptian National Railways announces train schedules for September 27

The Egyptian National Railways has released the operating schedules for various train services for Sunday, September 27, 2026. The schedule includes luxury Spanish Talgo trains, VIP services, sleeper trains, and various regional lines connecting major cities.

On the Cairo-Alexandria route, Talgo services include departures from Cairo at 8:00 AM, 2:00 PM, and 7:00 PM, with corresponding return trips from Alexandria. On the Cairo-Aswan route, Talgo train 2030 departs Cairo at 7:00 PM, arriving in Aswan the following morning, while train 2031 departs Aswan at 7:00 PM for Cairo.

Other available services for travelers between Aswan and Cairo include VIP trains, sleeper trains with cabin options, and various ventilated or upgraded Spanish-style trains. These services aim to provide speed and comfort for passengers traveling to Upper Egypt provinces such as Luxor, Qena, and Sohag.
