The Egyptian Opera House announced that electronic ticket booking for the 34th edition of the Castle International Festival of Music and Singing will be available starting Monday 3 August via the “Tazkarti” website. The festival runs from Saturday 15 August to 24 August, offering two daily concerts featuring leading Arab singers and musicians and access to the Salah al‑Din Castle area. Tickets are priced at 100 Egyptian pounds and the venue expects around 5,000 attendees per day. The launch follows state directives to improve public services and cultural event organization, with support from Dr Abdulaziz Qansuwa, Minister of Higher Education and Acting Minister of Culture, and Sherif Fathi, Minister of Tourism and Antiquities. Dr Reda Al‑Wakeel, head of the Opera House, said the initiative aims to make tickets affordable and streamline audience flow.
