Egyptian prayer times released for Sunday 2 August 2026

Egypt's official prayer timetable for Sunday 2 August 2026 was published for Cairo and several governorates. In Cairo the five daily prayers are scheduled at 04:36 (FAJR), 13:01 (DHUHR), 16:38 (ASR), 19:48 (MAGHRIB) and 21:14 (ISHA). Alexandria’s times are 04:38, 13:06, 16:45, 19:55 and 21:23 respectively. In Aswan the prayers occur at 04:48, 12:55, 16:19, 19:31 and 20:51. Additional cities such as Ismailia, Tanta, Mansoura and Qena also received specific timings. The schedule follows astronomical calculations approved by Egyptian authorities and is intended to help Muslims perform the five daily prayers at the correct moments.
