Egypt's Defense Minister meets with military nursing staff

General Ashraf Salem Zaher, Commander-in-Chief of the Egyptian Armed Forces and Minister of Defense and Military Production, held a video conference meeting with female military nursing staff and nursing teams from military hospitals and medical centers across field armies and military zones.

During the meeting, which was attended by Chief of Staff Lieutenant General Ahmed Khalifa and Minister of Endowments Dr. Osama al-Azhari, Zaher conveyed greetings from President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi. He emphasized the military's commitment to developing the medical system and providing advanced training programs to keep nursing staff updated with medical advancements.

Zaher discussed workflow mechanisms and service delivery within medical facilities, listening to staff feedback regarding the improvement of the working environment. Additionally, Dr. Osama al-Azhari delivered a lecture highlighting the religious and humanitarian dimensions of the nursing profession.
