Egypt's Ministry of Education delays publishing 2026 secondary school results

The Palestinian Ministry of Education announced that the 2026 secondary school (التوجيهي) results will be released in the coming days, but no exact date has been set. A new eSchool portal will allow students to view official marks and access their full school transcript from grade 1 through grade 12. The ministry noted that correction work is still underway and dismissed social‑media rumours about a fixed release date.

In Egypt, the Ministry of Education said that the 2026 general secondary exam results have not yet been scheduled. Indicators from the correction process are positive, with high pass rates reported, especially in Arabic. Officials expect results to be published by the end of July or early August, once final grading and data verification are complete.

Al‑Azhar institutions across Egypt have begun the second‑stage examinations for transport‑class students on 18 July, continuing through late July for primary, preparatory and secondary levels. The Al‑Azhar secondary exam results are also pending, awaiting final review and official endorsement by the Grand Imam. Additionally, Al‑Azhar announced the establishment of a new Institute of Arabic Calligraphy and Ornamentation, with plans to commence studies in Cairo and later expand to other governorates.
