Egypt's Ministry of Education continues teacher training for Baccalaureate system

The Egyptian Ministry of Education and Technical Education is continuing its specialized training program to prepare educational staff for the implementation of the Egyptian Baccalaureate system. The program is currently in its third phase, which began on August 15, and is being conducted simultaneously across several governorates to reach subject supervisors and teachers nationwide.

In Ismailia, training sessions are currently focused on mathematics, business administration, and accounting, following the completion of sessions for science, chemistry, and physics. Meanwhile, in Luxor, specialized training is being held for history subjects.

The training program, which launched approximately two months ago, initially focused on introducing the general framework of the Egyptian Baccalaureate, global trends, and learner characteristics. The current phase has shifted toward practical application, where supervisors and teachers practice teaching strategies and interact with new textbook content to ensure readiness for classroom implementation.
