Egypt's Ministry of Youth and Sports reshuffles 11 governorate directorates

Egypt's Minister of Youth and Sports, Gawhar Nabil, has issued a decree implementing leadership changes across the directorates of 11 governorates. This move is part of an ongoing effort to restructure the ministry's regional directorates with competent personnel to enhance performance and improve services provided to youth.

The initial phase of changes included three governorates: Aswan, Beheira, and Damietta. The most recent wave of appointments covers eight additional directorates: Qalyubia, Alexandria, Matrouh, Qena, Red Sea, Gharbia, South Sinai, and Assiut.

The Minister emphasized that these reshuffles are intended to accelerate work progress and align with the ministry's vision for development. He noted that the changes do not necessarily imply previous performance failures but are aimed at injecting new energy into the youth and sports systems across the country.
