Şehzadeler Municipality completes 80% of seasonal road maintenance goal

Şehzadeler Municipality has completed over 80 percent of its seasonal goal to maintain and regulate 350 kilometers of agricultural plain roads. Mayor Hakan Şimşek recently inspected ongoing works in the Veziroğlu and Yeniköy neighborhoods.

In these two neighborhoods alone, teams completed 20.2 kilometers of roadwork, consisting of 2.9 kilometers of grader leveling and 17.3 kilometers of material-based maintenance. This specific effort utilized 7,120 tons of material transported via 356 truckloads.

Across the entire district, the municipality has performed grader leveling on 149 kilometers of roads across 27 neighborhoods. Additionally, material-based maintenance has been conducted on 146.4 kilometers of roads in 18 neighborhoods, involving a total of 102,460 tons of material.
