Eiendom Norge CEO purchases cabin in Nordmarka

Henning Lauridsen, the CEO of Eiendom Norge, and his spouse Grete Søreide have purchased a cabin in the Elgkollen area of Nordmarka, near Oslo, for 3.45 million NOK. The property, located near Myllavannet, was originally listed with an asking price of 3.65 million NOK.

Lauridsen noted that there were no other bidders for the property, which he suggests reflects the current state of the leisure property market. He observed that the market is significantly different from the pandemic era, characterized by declining prices and increased turnover times. Lauridsen indicated that the used cabin market may be near its bottom, though real prices could potentially fall further.
