Eightco Holdings reports $389M in holdings including OpenAI and digital assets

Eightco Holdings Inc. has reported total holdings of approximately $389 million as of August 19, 2026. The company’s treasury includes a $90 million indirect investment in OpenAI through special purpose vehicles and an $18 million investment in Beast Industries.

In addition to private equity, the portfolio contains significant digital assets, including 301,971,219 Worldcoin (WLD) and 16,278 Ethereum (ETH). The company also maintains approximately $132 million in cash and stablecoins.

Furthermore, Eightco announced it has repurchased roughly 14 million shares of its common stock over the past two weeks as part of a previously established $125 million share repurchase program.
