Eintracht Frankfurt and SV Wehen Wiesbaden dominate preseason test matches

Eintracht Frankfurt opened its summer preparation with a 7‑0 victory over Landesliga side Freie Turner Braunschweig. Seven different players scored, including Jovan Mijatović, Jan Urbich, Junior Zé, Max Marie, Yanan Sturm, Aaron Opoku and Jona Borsum. The match was played in front of about 2,100 spectators and featured a debut for new signing Nick Bodon.

In a separate friendly, 3. Liga club SV Wehen Wiesbaden overwhelmed regional league side TuS Medenbach 20‑1 at the Helmut‑Schön‑Sportpark. New arrivals Sinan Karweina, Moritz Flotho, Jordy Gillekens and Robin Kalem each contributed early goals, and the team added a further 16 in the second half from players such as Nikolas Agrafiotis, Ibrahim Ati Allah, Philipp Hercher, Lukas Schleimer and Justin Janitzek. Coach Daniel Scherning praised the squad’s physical condition and the abundance of goals as a positive start to the preseason.
