Eintracht Frankfurt launches major squad overhaul under new coach

Eintracht Frankfurt is undertaking a wide‑scale squad restructure following the appointment of coach Adi Hütter. The club has identified several senior players as transfer candidates, including Swedish winger Hugo Larsson, who could fetch €35‑40 million and has attracted interest from Atlético Madrid, and forward Jean‑Mattéo Bahoya, linked with Tottenham Hotspur and possible €70 million bids. Other names on the shortlist are striker Michy Batshuayi, midfielder Ellyes Skhiri, defender Arthur Theate and forward Farès Chaïbi, with reported potential sales ranging up to €35 million.

In a separate move, Frankfurt confirmed the departure of 20‑year‑old striker Kaan Inanoglu to Dynamo Dresden, adding a buy‑back clause: “Eintracht Frankfurt has secured a repurchase option for the striker.” The transfer mirrors a previous deal that included a sell‑on clause for Noel Futkeu. These actions signal a comprehensive reshaping of the club’s roster ahead of the next season.
