Eintracht Frankfurt's Krösche calls for patience amid club unrest

Eintracht Frankfurt sporting director Markus Krösche has called for patience following a difficult start to the Bundesliga season, specifically after a 1-4 defeat against FC Augsburg. Krösche acknowledged the nervousness surrounding the club but urged stakeholders to allow coach Adi Hütter time to work with the squad, stating that it is too early to question the current leadership.

Amidst rumors of potential management changes, former Bayern Munich executive Hasan Salihamidzic addressed speculation regarding his own potential involvement. Salihamidzic dismissed the idea of a move to Frankfurt, noting that no contact had been made by the club. He instead praised Krösche, stating that the sporting director has ‘achieved something incredible’ at Eintracht Frankfurt through club development and transfer market success.

Despite the internal pressure, Eintracht Frankfurt's supervisory board chairman, Mathias Beck, has expressed support for the current sporting leadership, asserting that the necessary conditions for a successful season have been established.
