Eitaro Sohonpo to relaunch Peanuts Senbei with new packaging

Eitaro Sohonpo has announced a renewal of its Peanuts Senbei, known as ‘Pisen’, scheduled for release on November 1, 2026. The product features dough made from domestic Japanese rice mixed with peanuts sourced from Chiba Prefecture.

The updated lineup includes three flavors: salt, shrimp, and cheese. The renewal focuses on enhancing the peanut flavor and introducing a modern tricolor packaging design featuring the Eiffel Tower, intended to maintain its status as a classic Tokyo souvenir.

Individual bags are priced at 120 yen (excluding tax). Assorted boxed sets containing 6, 12, 18, or 24 bags will also be available through department stores, supermarkets, and the company’s official online store.
