EJAE accused of criticizing LE SSERAFIM following new collaboration

Following the September 14 release of a remix for the LE SSERAFIM single ‘Made My Night,’ featuring artist EJAE has faced allegations of criticizing the group’s vocal abilities.

The controversy stems from a Weibo post by an individual claiming to be a student at Berklee College of Music. The post alleges that during a 2024 lecture at the college, EJAE advised a student against sending a song demo to LE SSERAFIM, reportedly calling the group ‘bad singers’ and suggesting the track was better suited for MAMAMOO member Hwasa due to vocal range considerations.

While the allegations have sparked significant backlash and anger among fans on social media, some followers have expressed skepticism regarding the authenticity of the claims, noting a lack of corroborating evidence from other industry sources.
