Ekaterina Leonova and Ilya Viarmenich make first red carpet appearance

Dancer Ekaterina Leonova and choreographer Ilya Viarmenich made their first joint red carpet appearance at the premiere of the musical ‘Romeo & Julia – Liebe ist alles’ in Düsseldorf on August 27, 2026.

The couple, who publicly announced their relationship on Valentine's Day 2025, appeared in high spirits despite a minor wardrobe mishap where Leonova had to adjust Viarmenich’s silk shirt during the event.

Leonova, known for her work on ‘Let's Dance’, has recently made significant life changes to be with Viarmenich, including moving from Munich to the Rhineland and purchasing a home near Cologne.
