Ekiti State to name new court complex after Justice Omoleye

Ekiti State Governor Biodun Oyebanji has announced that the state's new court complex will be named after Hon. Justice Oyebisi Folayemi Omoleye. The decision honors her as the first female Chief Judge of Ekiti State and recognizes her extensive contributions to justice administration in Nigeria.

Justice Omoleye is retiring from the Court of Appeal after reaching the mandatory retirement age of 70. During a valedictory session held at the High Court complex in Ado Ekiti, Governor Oyebanji presented the retiring judge with a new Toyota SUV as a token of appreciation for her service. The Governor noted that the naming of the building would serve as a lasting tribute to her distinguished judicial career.
