ekubo Keisei Shin-Kamagaya commercial complex to open at Shin-Kamagaya Station

Keisei Electric Railway is set to open ekubo Keisei Shin-Kamagaya, a new station-connected commercial complex, on September 10, 2026. Located at Shin-Kamagaya Station in Chiba Prefecture, the facility serves four railway lines, including the Narita Sky Access Line and the Tobu Urban Park Line.

The six-story building above ground and one-story basement will feature a variety of amenities including dining, retail, electronics, coworking spaces, and educational services. Initial tenants include Little Mermaid, Subway, Kura Sushi, Royal Host, Ippudo, and Nojima.

Future expansions planned for late 2026 include a pharmacy, a dental clinic, and a medical mall. The facility also aims to improve local connectivity with a north-south pedestrian passage and includes disaster prevention features such as emergency toilets and EV charging stations.
